Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Cash, Check, or Zelle $400 a day, $250 for half day, $150 for small jobs I can do on my way to and from other jobs.

I do not require a deposit.

Longer contracts are billed at end of week. Materials are due at time of payment at cost on receipt; larger purchases for materials are due same day or by the customer.

After initial contact from either an online contact submission or email or phone call, I like to get some photos of the work and discuss the job either on the phone or via email. Once we are both on the same page with the job, I will arrange a time to see the property and discuss further any more details. I will provide an estimate and scope of work contract and if desired we can move forward with the job.

I started at a young age working for construction companies and eventually got into house flipping and then into custom work. I landed on bathroom and kitchen remodeling because it was the area I have the best skills at that are also the most challenging.

All types of customers from new home buyers to sellers. I have had my share of difficult homeowners who hover over every inch of the job to those who trust me to do the job right while they are away on vacation.

I just recently did a full basement remodel from start to finish. The bathroom featured a curb-less walk-in shower with 6 shower heads, 3 nooks with LED lighting, and a 5 foot bench seat and epoxy grout.

Make sure you get someone who has experience with not only the job at hand but also the materials chosen.

Getting multiple quotes is always a good idea but do not let time frame and cost be the only factor.

As for Referrals of some of the last customers the contractor has had and speaks to them.

Besides a realistic price, the number one thing I see customers not think about is the entire scope of all the jobs or features desired. Usually customers have a huge list of stuff they want but cannot afford with the budget they have chosen.

Make a list, then filter it from priority of necessity to desire and cross off a few items at the bottom!
